Constance Carroll Eye Liner Pencils

These eye liner pencils are Constance Carroll brand which is manufactured here in the UK.

Give your eyes a more dramatic look by using eye liner which can be used many different ways for varied looks including to edge your eye shadow, under your lower lashes or along the lower lip of your eye.

Currently available in the following shades - Sand (22), and Sable (23).

Each one is 13cm tall including the push on cap.
