Delivery

• Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is Free for standard economy delivery which takes 3-5 working days to be delivered.

• Additional services are available at an extra cost. Standard delivery (1-3 days) at £2.00 extra and Express delivery (1 day) at £7.00.

• European delivery costs £5.00 and the Rest of the World delivery costs £10.00.

• All orders are processed during office hours (Mon to Fri 9am -5pm) and delivered by our chosen postal service (Mon – Sat). No deliveries are made on a Sunday.

• All orders are sent by tracked delivery and a signature will be required. Delivery times cannot be specified and delivery times can be affected by public holidays.

• We aim to have your order delivered within 5 working days however we use a third party postal service and cannot guarantee delivery times.

• Majority of our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and in the event that they are unable to deliver the order it will be held at their sorting office for 7 days awaiting collection.

• Orders that have been returned to us due to no one home or incorrect address will incur an administration charge of £3.50 to get the order re-delivered.
