We operate a no quibble returns policy therefore if you are not happy with your purchase simply return it.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging. Please do not tape/write on the shoe boxes as the goods must be in re-saleable condition. Goods that are received with damaged packaging will incur a damage cost.

Postage costs of delivered orders are non refundable.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Please return the goods to Heels2Bags, 10A High Street, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5AA together with your details and reasons for return. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.

To exchange an order please place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for and make payment and we will dispatch this item to you. Then return the unwanted item to the above address and send an email to info@heels2bags.co.uk to confirm. We will then arrange a refund of the returned item when it arrives.
Faulty/Incorrect Items

All orders are thoroughly checked and inspected before dispatch. However in the unlikely event that a fault is overlooked we will endeavour to correct it for you as soon as possible.

Please contact us on 01939 768022 or email us at heels2bags@fsmail.net to inform us of the fault and on receipt of the returned faulty item we will arrange an exchange. Any costs incurred due a faulty item will be covered by Heels2Bags and in the event that an exchange item is unavailable a full refund will be issued.
